This valuable Baroque monument combines history, contemporary architecture and modern art. Climb up to the observation deck of the church and enjoy the angelically beautiful view of the Litomyšl Castle, the Monastery Gardens and the historical centre. You can also take a walk through the emporiums with the exhibition of sacred Baroque art Angels on the Hill.
In the church, you will also find an interactive exhibition, where children and adults alike will surely enjoy themselves and learn interesting information about the history and liturgy of the church. The playroom is a part of the Litomyšl children's programme, which will guide you through all the places on the castle hill.
During special tours of the church, you can admire the Light Cross and the Shining Mensa created by Václav Cigler and Michal Motyčka. The same authors have placed a glass Column with a reflective surface in the centre of the church, which creates a beautiful rainbow in the interior under favourable conditions.
